Daily Literary Quote
“In the Middle Ages, cathendrals and convents burned like tinder; imagining a medieval story without a fire is like imagining a World War II movie in the Pacific without a fighter plane shot down in flames.”

Journal Prompt
What comes to mind when you think about the Middle Ages?  What are some stories or movies that are set during or have characters from the Medieval Era?

When I think of the Middle Age I think of torturing, castles, knights, and kings. Shrek, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Brave are all movies set in the Medieval Era.

I think of Swords, spears, shields, castles, dragons and catapults. There is the story of St. Patrick and how he forced all of the snakes from Ireland, there is the story of Count Dracula the Vampire, and werewolf's, I think of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I think of alchemy and magic and the story of Merlin.
