Journal Prompt
Write about your most memorable road trip.  Why did you go?  What did you do to pass the time while driving?  Who did you go with?

My most memorable road trip was when I moved from New Jersey to here. I was pretty young so I mostly just slept and played games to pass time. I went with me and my family obviously.

You don’t need to list yourself, and you did that wrong anyways. **My family and I

My most memorable road trip was when I went to California with my family. To pass time I annoyed my two brothers as much as possible. We went to see my family and get out of salmon.

My most memorable road trip was when my whole family went to California. We went to Disney land and a bunch of other places down there. To pass the time I slept most of it. It was a pretty fun but long trip.

Going to Disneyland for the first time. We took a bus to Idaho falls then a bus from Idaho falls to salt lake city then we got on a plane and flew to LA. I went with the legacy choir when I was a freshman in high school. I read a book on the plane, I played on my phone and tablet and slept on the bus rides from place to place, but on the way back on the plane I just sat and stared out the window, and on the two bus rides home I slept the entire way. As did everyone on the bus. The whole bus was silent on the way home and it was actually really nice

I don’t have a most memorable road trip because I get carsick and the drives are usually too long with too many people in the car. Roadtrips with friends are better sometimes.

Before i moved here we would come up here on spring break sometimes to visit my grandparents. One time i was in like 5th grade and we came up here and me and my siblings were all laying on the ground of our van sleeping and then we got pulled over. We got woken up and had to hurry and get into our seats before the cop got by us.

Usually every summer me and my parents drive to Seattle to visit my grandparents. It’s a ten hour drive, so I usually download some shows from Netflix and watch those because my parents aren’t very entertaining. Before I was able to do that, I would just listen to music and read for the whole ride.

On the way we looked at all of the scenery. We also stoped and went through a Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum.

My sister and I drove from Salmon down to Las Vegas a couple of times. We were going because we wanted to get away from the cold. We passed the time by listening to music and talking, as one does.

When I was younger, my family drove all the way to California. There is six people in my family that squished in a small Volkswagen car with five seats. We ended up getting in three hour traffic jam with a flat tire. We went to Hollywood and University Studios. Whenever we go on vacation we are always spending most of the time in the car. I spent most of the car ride sleeping.
