Friends are important because they are your chosen family of sorts. They comfort and help each other in tough times that blood family might not understand or even try to. My friends have helped me through dark times and helped me become a better person through it. Without them I wouldn't be here today.

Friends are very important because they become like family. They are another source that you feel comfortable with and can talk with them about anything and they will always be there for you. A time when I discovered who my true friends are is when I got into high school. Once I got into high school, I started to only hang out with a few people. I noticed that I could only trust one person cause everyone else started turning on one another so i realized I could really only trust a few people and that is when I realized who my true friends are.

Friends are important because they stand by you through your dicisions, as you would do the same. Friends can make times some of your best and help you through the bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a feeling of belonging and purpose. When I lost a family member that I really knew and cared for, my friends gave me comfort and tried everything to cheer me up. I will always be there for them as they are for me.

Friends are a very important role in peoples lives because when you need someone to talk to then they are gonna be there for when you need to talk. When I discovered my true friends its the ones that stick through every thing that you get to go through in your life. Especially when you go into high school and all the groups of people spilt up and as you get older.

Friends provide a sense of happiness and relief, hanging out with friends helps your mental health. The first instance I learned I had real friends was in elementary school whenever one of us felt bad we would help make each other happy again and from then on I stayed friends with all of them to this day.
