Both Truman and Montag were brainwashed to believe everything in their societies, they both had someone come into their life that helped show them the truth, and they both deep down believed that the way they were living was not right.

Truman and no tag both are being held from the truth, they both end up going out to find the truth themselves, and they both end up finding the truth in the end.

Three similarities between Montag and trueman are that they are lied to their whole life, they both are in love with forbidden girls, and when they discover the truth they go a little crazy.

There are man similarities between Truman and Montag. One similarity is that they enjoy their life at the beginning and then grow to dislike it very much. Another similarity is that they are being watched all the time. The last similarity is that they are caught rebelling and it is their friends that catch them.

In the beginning they both thought the life they were living was normal. Another similarity is they both kind of snap and go insane after they start to realize their life is not all sunshine and roses. The third similarity is they find a way to get away and attempt to figure out how to live a new life.

The first similarity is that they want to escape or get away from the world they live in or at least change it. The second is that both of them don’t have any real friends besides Clarisse who dies, and Sylvia who leaves Truman. The last one is that They both find the truth in the end.

Both Truman and Montag meet a character that shows them a different view of things. Truman decides to leave, so does Montag. Montag chooses to help enlighten others. Truman chooses to enlighten his “god” to the fact that he can no longer control him.
