Over the past century, the pace of life has increased exponentially. What are some ways in which life has become "faster"?Has this been a positive or negative change?  Why.

I think that people make big decisions too fast. And our technology makes things faster such as contacting people, getting to places, and getting information. I think it can be a mixture of both. Sometimes flying to see a family member could be a positive change, but other things are negative. Like how we dont stop and acknowledge things that we are grateful for. We constantly need more and more but we dont stop and appreciate the things we have

It is a negative and positive change. It can be positive because it makes things easier for us and allows us to get things done faster with less effort but also it can cause people to be lazy. It could make people used to not having to do as much as we used to do.

Life has became faster in a lot of ways. Cars go faster. There’s fast lanes at grocery stores l. I think there is a positive and negative to all of it. Everything is faster and safes you time but can be dangerous and stressful at time too

Transportation of goods and people have sped up a lot. In this particular case, this is a positive change.

Instead of sending mail and packages that may take days or weeks to receive, you can now send a text and they can respond within minutes. I think this a good thing because now we can keep in touch with people easily.

One way the pace of life has changed is that our cars can go faster. In the 1930’s it was 30 mph to now it is 80 mph. Over time we have lost our patience, we demand things when we want them. This has caused the us mail system to go practically extinct making way for text messages.

The pace of life has increased by our speed of transportation. This has been a positive change. We are now able to get to places faster and expand globally.

I think our life has gotten faster in ways like technology. Technology has made things a lot faster. We can get a text from someone in one second. I think this is positive because we can get information faster and have conversations with people across the country with no effort.

We have had such a jump in technological discovery and it is constantly evolving and getting better. It has both been a positive and negative change. It has helped us learn more and it has made things much easier for us. It has negatively changed by making us more reliable on technology which has caused us to become lazy

Some ways life goes faster is cars have faster maximum speeds. Factories have ways to make stuff faster. Jobs have ways to select employees faster. Some of these changes are positive because they help us do tasks in life. Others aren't as positive because they cause more pollution and make us lazier in life.

Cars make traveling faster. That can be positive and negative because it makes us move faster but also increases our carbon footprint

The world has become so dependent upon things that come instantly. We are expecting things to come to us without having to work and have it given to us.

Life has become faster like our speed the vehicle drive has gotten faster. It is both positive and negative because you can get places fast but at the same time you could miss things because you are going to fast.
