What are your physical and mental strengths?  How would you feel if you were forced to stop using your strengths? Why?

My physical strength is running cross country. And my mental strength is math. I would feel like I was under achieving if I was forced to stop using those strengths.

My physical strengths are my ability to contort into unnatural poses, I am fairly flexible and I’m into yoga. Mental strengths include my ability to memorize numbers and to type and read unnaturally fast. If I was forced to stop using my strengths I would feel average and not special. Each person’s strengths are individual and unique, and make a person a person.

You are very fast and flexible. It’s always fun to do contortionist stuff with you <3

My strengths are mostly mental because I am a small person and am only physically strong when I have adrenaline. I am very clever and smart, I can stay strong in positions where people criticize me. If I was forced to stop using my strengths I would not get very far. I would feel weak and give up, as if I were giving up.

It doesn’t take a certain physique to be strong. You can be strong mentally, and I agree to that.

You could say some mental strengths I have include being a good reader and writer, having good spelling and decent memory. A physical strength of mine might be a high pain tolerance or something. If I was forced to stop using these, I guess it would kind of be a rip in the chat.

Some of my physical strengths are pole vault and running and some of my mental strengths are math and reading. I would feel sad that I couldn’t use my strengths. I would feel this way because nobody should be limited to what they can and can’t do.

Some of my physical strengths are being athletic and tough. A couple of mental strengths are being smart and capable of thinking quick. If I didn’t have any of these strengths I wouldn’t even be close to the same person I am today. I would feel lost if I didn’t have those strengths because I would have to develop different ways of going about my used to be normal life.

I don’t have many physical strengths but I would like to think that my mental strength is that I can grasp new concepts very fast and think very critically. It would be very frustrating to be reduced to the mean forcefully because it feels like a lot of my personality is built around the fact that I can critically think. This would make it feel like I was being attacked personally which is not fun.

My strength is being able to think fast. If I was forced to stop I would suffer from it and it would make everyday things difficult. It would make things difficult because if I had to decide for example to turn left or right I would need to make a fast decision and if I could enter it might make me crash or miss a turn.

One of my mental strengths is not being afraid of embarrassment. I can laugh at myself when I do weird things and being embarrassed won’t stop me from doing something. If I had my strengths taken away from me, I’d obviously be upset, but I would set other goals and try to work on other areas of my life to develop strengths.

My strength is that I don’t let what people say or do get to me or bother me, and I am able to keep my cool even if things do bother me. If I was forced to stop using my strengths I would feel vulnerable and week. I think I would feel like this because things could get under my skin way more easily.

I have the mental strength that I can still function on little to no sleep. A physical strength that I am just strong in general. If I couldn’t function the way I usually do then I would be exhausted all the time and I would started to get less motivated in my everyday life. And it would be hard to not to have a lot of muscle in the extracurriculars that I do.

One of my physical strengths is singing. Without this talent I would be missing a huge part of who I am and missing out on something I love.
