What do you like/dislike about the holiday season? Explain.

Some things I like about the holiday season is that I get to be around family and somethings I hate are the cold and the ice.

I like that everyone in the school is delightful to be around. They are so excited for break that their annoying, obnoxious characteristics seem to disappear

What I don’t like about the holiday season is that it’s cold outside. I also spend to much money shopping for presents for people. It is a very stressful time.

I love the time away from school and being able to spend time with family. The cheerful attitudes of people are awesome. Everything is just so happy and peaceful. This is my favorite time of the year along with summer.

I like all the food and seeing family and getting off of school. I also enjoy skiing. However, when it is like right now where it's cold but not snowy, that's not very fun because you can't do anything. I don't like the low hours of daylight because you're stuck inside. When you go out you have to bundle up and then you get too hot and have to take it all off and carry it around.

I like the feeling of togetherness that the season implies, being close to family and having a good time. I love the hot chocolate, and watching the snow fall outside enjoyably while still inside. I dislike the sales aspect of the season. Christmas isn’t about the gifts and the money. I would be happy at Christmas if I just had my dog and cat with me, and my family and good food. No Christmas decorations, no gifts.

I like the cold. It’s way better than heat. You get to bundle up: scarves, gloves, earmuffs, boots, fuzzy socks, fuzzy blankets...scarves. I love it. I also love snow. And the Christmas carols. There really isn’t any other time of the year with that many themed songs.

This holiday season I like the snow when it does snow and all of the cheerful moments. Another thing I like about this holiday is being with family and friends and a lot of time off from school. One thing I dislike about this season is that people forget the true meaning of Christmas.

I love the idea of coming together to celebrate and giving back to each other, however I don’t like as much how people have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas bring a religious thing. It also sucks a little bit that I know this Christmas isn’t going to turn out very well and we’ve lost thousands of dollars for something that most likely won’t work. Next year will be stressful so it has been hard to get my family excited for Christmas

One of my favorite parts of the season is skiing. Going to lost trail after it has just snowed with fresh powder is the best. Christmas is also my favorite holiday of the year so that’s kind of cool.

I love just taking a step back from everyday life and doing things that actually matter. Spending time with family, sleeping in, re centering religious beliefs, and quality time with people you love, are just the right things that you need during a season where people are easily depressed. The Holiday Season just seems to create a magical mirage around my life.

I like the cold weather and decorations the most about this season. The cold gives reasons to have a hot beverage. Everyone gets very festive as well. The decor this time of year is by far the best. And then there’s Christmas, which obviously the best holiday.

My favorite things about the holiday season is the food and drinks. I love being super warm in my blankets in the morning when I wake up and it’s cold all round except me. I like to ski though I hate the cold. I love drinking apple cider and eggnog during the holiday. Also my cats get super Chubb during winter and i love to cuddle them.

I like all the colorful decorations and the music. The music is so cheerful and upbeat. I also like how everyone is together and in a good mood. It’s just an all around good time.

I love the holiday season because it brings with it excitement, joy, and positivity. It brings family together and reminds us to be grateful for the life we have. I dislike that the holiday season is often taken advantage of, and gifts and possessions become far too important.

I’m pretty neutral about the holiday season. It has a good vibe to it and some times it changed the behavior of people which is nice. The music is great. Overall I think I like the holiday season but I am not crazy about it

I love the holidays besides getting out for school. I think that the little cartoon is stupid. I know it’s suposed to be funny, but that is not why we have Christmas.

I love the holiday season because I can spend lots of time with my friends and family and the snow is great! Hot coco is good and I can watch hallmark movies. I don’t like commercialism
