We created machines and now we use them to such an extent that it seems like we must have them to live. So to a point we are controlled by the machines because some of us would be lost if it wasn’t for machines that guide us. We shouldn’t depend on the things we create.

Honestly it’s like a mutual relationship. We in a way control machines, but in other ways they utterly control us. We are the hand, and we can search anything we want with our technology, use quite a bit to our advantage, but with doing so we guarantee our dependence on those machines. We are giving them the upper hand whenever we use them due to our temptation for them.

I think that we, as humans, physically control machines. But, I think that machines and technology easily control humans mentally. In today’s society, we are addicted to technology and our devices. We have physical control over the machines but our mental addiction to them keeps us from being 100% in control.

I think we that we can control machines if we use them wisely. If we missuse the technology we have and let it get in the way of more important things we have to do then it could be controlling us. If you use your technology in the right way it can become a very useful tool.

I think that the machines often influence our decisions and impact the way we think. Which often makes us rely a lot on our phones but some people have enough control to where they don’t always need to be on their phones. I feel like it really depends on the person.

With the advances of technology, we are becoming more and more dependent on machines. The more dependent we become we forget how to live without them. We use machines to schedule our life, budget our money, and record our history. Our entire way to life is dependent on machines. And if one doesn’t work, we panic. I would definitely say that machines control us.

As of right now we control the machines that play a big part in our life as humans. They are not governing our lives but they do greatly influence how we live it. This being said they influence us based on what we, or the people that control the machines, want them to influence us with. The machines do not have their own agenda therefore they cannot be blamed for the influence they have over us.

I think that for the most part we control machines but there are certain “machines” that control us. iPhones and social media are machines that control us. We are so heavily influenced by these things. People, if you will, are machines by which we are controlled by through society and our ways of life.

We have the gift to choose. We choose to control or be controlled. Computers don’t have a body. They can’t move. They’re stuck. We have power over the. We can manipulate them. We have an arm that we can use to click out of something if we don't like it. They don’t have that ability. We control them.
