No ones opinions really surprised me because I share a similar opinion
That’s cool that you agreed with other people’s responses.
People’s opinions varied and there was lots of different results. Some surprised me like the amount of strongly disagrees. There was like to of unique results.
Ya me too..
The amount of Strongly Disagrees surprised me as well.
Yea same a lot of people surprised me.
YEah me too.
I saw most votes as neutral.
I noticed that the majority of the votes were neutral, and the second to the majority was disagreeing. I’m not surprised, because I myself voted to disagree.I voted on the “America is headed in a right and positive direction.”
I also agreed that we are not heading in Thebes right direction as a country.
Most of us seem to vote the same in general. This didn’t really surprise me because we are all pretty similar in the ways we were raised and things we believe in. I don’t understand how some people can vote that our country is going in the right direction when it is clearly a wreck and getting worse and worse.
Yeah, since we all have similar upbringings, we are bound to think the same way.
Yes that is so true.
I saw that a lot of the votes were in the middle. I was very surprised by the amount of disagrees. There also weren’t very many Strongly Agrees.
I think most people just vote I’m the middle because they aren’t sure if they want to make a certain decision sense it might change the way someone looks at them.
I noticed that too.
I agree everyone was mostly neutral and only more so or less so agreeing with the prompts.
All the answers were varried. Everyone has a different outlook.
I felt the same way about the responses.
That’s true everyone does have different opinions.
Yeah sure thing
The comments were similar to mine so it wasn’t very surprising.
My opinions were mostly the same as those who voted. I guess it surprises me when opinions actually somewhat agree. It was fun to see what others thought as well.
I was also surprised by how many people share the same opinion.
It looks like there is a lot of grey area and very few people think that these topics are black and white. These opinions really don’t surprise me. I think that these results represent how in our world it is very rare for things to be black and white.
I think agree with that.
The opinions varied everyone has there own opinion. But most of them were about the same with others.
A lot of people opinions surprised me. Mainly that a lot of people said technology was Bad for society. I don’t think they realize how much technology has made their lives better and safer especially with new technology in modern medicine.
My opinions were around the same as others. I do think media and technology have a large influence on society and culture and thought. People rely so heavily on it, so they base their ways of thinking on it, too. I think in situations where we have to choose, the general public with all pick the same and there will only be a few outliers.
I also think we had very similar opinions in this class.
I notice that most people agree with lots of the prompts. What got me the most though was that people still see true love as existent and that marriages are still working out fine. In our society today lots of kids move between houses due to divorce rates being pretty high. As well as the fact that a lot of people don’t get married today as often. They live with each other before to see if things will work out, which usually ends up in heart break and ruining of relationships that could have been better.
I have not been here in Salmon for long so I could be very wrong but it seems to me that people here are kind of protected from that side of the world. I would not be surprised if the divorcement rate here was 25-30%.
I think we all have a very different view point on these questions since we’ve all had different backgrounds and experiences
After this many people had some different opinions but most of us agreed and we all have related thoughts on the subjects. We see the changes that these things have done and how they changed people. Society is upgrading, are we? We are growing internally and externally but it may not be in the best way, but we have accomplished many positive things.
I agree different people equals different opinions.
Some of the opinions surprised me. Honestly what surprises me most is that we are talking about this type of stuff in ENGLISH.
I agree that this is not a typical situation for these discussions.
I agree with most people on the polls. Some surprised me and how they disagreed on different ones than me.
People think that America is going in either a good or bad direction.
I wasn’t really surprised with the answers. Most of what I answered were the top picked answers. So a lot of us shared opinions I think.
I think a lot of us shared opinions too.
I noticed the majority of people voted in the middle because they were indecisive. I am not surprised that many people didn’t want to choose a side. In our society it seems like everything we do is based around what will make us the most popular.
I notices that a lot of people weren’t very satisfied with the way our world is now. Some of them surprised me like has technology played an important role in society.
I was not very surprised. Agreed with most of what other people say. It is interesting how many people just take a neutral position because they don’t care enough to take a side.
Well I think that the questions are just not side friendly.
The majority of the class’ opinion mirrored mine, but it was kind of surprising to see some of the different opinions. For example, some people, like I, feel that the education system is not effective in many ways. But, some others feel that it is extremely effective.
Most of the responses are neutral and this does not surprise me at all. . Those questions are meant to be thought provoking and deep and there are multiple very good arguments for both sides of the question. Those are some really fun questions to argue about though.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
