What are some challenges with trying to memorize a lot of information?  What are some techniques you use to help aid memory?

The challenge is that there is so much going on that it’s hard to remember everything. I just repeat things in my head until I remember it clearly.

Memorizing a lot of information at once is difficult because your brain isn’t used taking in that much at once. To make this easier, I would recommend making flash cards or using something like quizlet.

Some challenges are that your brain gets tired, that it usually takes awhile, and that it’s hard to learn new things. Some techniques are flash cards or study before bed so you can sleep on it

Memorizing a lot of information is difficult because we as people can only take in so much information at a time. Sometimes while trying to memorize things people will get bored and move on to another activity. One thing that helps me with memorizing is writing things down.

Some challenges with memorizing information is learning it and then going to a different class and learning something completely different. Some tricks are writing the information down so you can go back to it.

It’s hard to memorize lots of information because your brain is always learning new things so it becomes harder to recall. I usually try to focus on picture or something in a room for certain information so when I look at that item it reminds me of that information

When you try to memorize a lot of information all at once you end up forgetting most of it. A technique to aid in memorization is associating pictures with words.

The human brain can only take in so much information at once so it would be difficult obtaining a lot at one time. Chew gum when studying or doing your work then chew the same gum and it helps to trigger a memory in your brain.

It’s hard to remember things that aren’t important to you or things that you don’t care to know. Revising everything you need to memorize frequently can help knowledge stay in your head.

You can’t memorize everything at once. I study things in sections. I get the questions I already know out of the way, then I memorize the other ones.

Reply

You can get the information mixed up by remembering one thing and mixing it up with another. A technique to help is to study in increments by studying a section then taking a break and doing something different then going back to studying.

Miriam
11/6/2018 01:17:23 pm

It’s hard to take in a lot of information all at once. It is easier to take sections and to go over them more than once. And if you keep studying over a period of time not just right before.

Treygan

Some challenges are that it may be to much to process in little time so you lose a lot of it remembering certain parts. Some things that help are splitting it into different sections to remember or take photos

A challange might be it is so much you need to remember you just can't remember it all. What i do the memorize things is to rewrite things and reread things. Going over it over and over help me memorize it better.
