I think hamlet is the most deceptive because he was trying to play everybody. An example would be of him scheming against the king and acting crazy

I think the most deceptive character is Hamlet. Hamlet tried to trick everyone through the story. Hamlet was a lunatic or at least acted like one.

I think that Hamlet is the most deceptive. You never really know if he is crazy or if he is acting. He tried to fool everyone. All the characters in this play were very confusing tho.

I also think the play was confusing in spots and the language did not help. But I agree with Hamlets personality.

I think the most deceptive character in Hamlet is probably Hamlet because of how dishonest he was with his family and especially Ophelia when he told her he didn't love her and then at her funeral he said she meant more to him than she did to Lartes.

I think Hamlet is the most deceptive character because of the way he convinces people of his insanity. Whether he is insane or not we don’t entirely know which extends the deception beyond the play into the mind of the audience. Nobody knows the truth of Hamlets thoughts.

I think the new king is the most deceptive in Hamlet. He married the queen right after he killed his brother. Then when Hamlet tried to expose him he stopped it and tried to send him to England so he could keep his good image to the people. Then he also tried to get Hamlet killed, as well as probably poisoning the queen at the end and trying to get away with it.

The king, He killed the king without anyone knowing and was able to put the poison in the cup without anyone knowing.

Hamlet is the most deceptive. He deceives by being dishonest. Hamlet is cruel to Ophelia because he built an anger to all women because of the way his mother acted. He lied to Ophelia. He actually loved her.

The king is the most deceptive because he killed the king, took the throne, and married the queen like nothing happened. The only reason Hamlet knew was because of King Hamlet coming back as a ghost to tell Hamlet about his death.

The most deceptive character would be the king. During the play, the King was building off of so many lies and everyone believed him. Even in the end everyone trusted him.

The most deceptive person in my eyes would be the king. He was able to poison the king and hamlet without anyone knowing. He was also able to trick the queen to marry him after the kings death.
