Do you believe in ghosts or the supernatural? Why or why not? Why do you think they remain so prevalent in our stories and folklore?

I believe in ghosts the supernatural, ghouls even, poltergeists if you will. They remain in folklore because they are interesting and explain the natural

I personally do not believe in ghosts or supernatural things. I think that if they existed they would be seen by more than a 50 year old deranged man with a mental illness that lives in the middle of the woods alone. I think the reasons they still exist in our stories is because any type of story whether it is fact or fiction is entertaining and we enjoy listening to them.

I do believe in spirits because of the strange things that happen when someone dies sometimes. The reason the supernatural are in folklore is because they represent different topics and people. They are symbols.

I do not know if ghosts are real. But there are some things that happen that you can not really explain. So I don't debunk there being ghost but some things are hard to explain.

Yes I agree there’s lots of things we can’t explain but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s something supernatural

I do not believe in the supernatural. I think that there are bad people who do bad things but not ghosts. I think that people need to have a reason to blame stuff on so that's why there are so many stories.

I believe in ghosts and the supernatural, because if aliens can exist so can ghosts. They remain because they are something unusual and interesting.

Idk if they are real or not. Just some crazy things that happen in this world you can't explain. They represent symbols.

Yes I believe in ghost, because my house is haunted. Everyone in my house has had experiences such as hearing organ music, cabinets and doors opening and closing, stools and chairs moving, and even seeing a face. I dont know why they remain in folklore probably because they are real.

I believe in ghost because there is to many things that have happened that can't be proven what it actually is. Also the pantry in my house is haunted. It's very dark and scary. They will remain in folklore because it keeps things interesting and puts a mystery to the story.

No I dont i think spirits are real. I think when someone dies something has to happen but I wouldnt refer to it as a ghost.

I do not believe in ghosts/spirits exist. I don't because there has never been any viable evidence to prove that they exist. Not that I have learned about at least. I have listened to many different ridiculous stories about ghosts that make me believe in them even less.

Ghosts are real. Sometimes it's the feeling you get from a presence. A ghost can be a story from the past too. Even after we die we are always here though. Even if it is just in the hearts of our loved ones. I believe I have family and loved ones watching over me and maybe it's just the comfort in a thought but it's still there. That's a ghost.
