Daily Literary Quote
“It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.” ― Ernest Hemingway Journal Prompt Write about your most memorable road trip. Why did you go? What did you do to pass the time while driving? Who did you go with?

My most members left road trip was when Abeni and I went to Montana at 2am with people we just became friends with because we wanted Taco Bell. We almost got in a wreck on the way back because the driver fell asleep at the wheel.

My most memorable road trip was to Denver Colorado for hockey. To pass the time while driving we played trivia games and watched movies. I went with Jada and ady.

I’ve never been on a “road trip” but I traveled to Utah once. It was pretty fun. I passed the time by listening to a book on tape and talking with my dad and brother that I traveled with.

My most memorable trip was when we drove to Fort Worth Texas. My siblings and I went with my dad. We went because that’s where the horse sales are. It was so memorable because I threw up the entire way.

My most memorable road trip was probably when I went to Disneyland with my family and we got there in the afternoon and saw all the Disney characters and saw the lights and probably when my sister and I went on a ride and we both bounced and slid all over the place it was a blast to go every year.

One of my most memorable trips was going to California. I got the opportunity to compete with the band and choir, as well as go to Disneyland and several other places. To pass the time I made note of everything I got to see while I was there. It was even better getting to be with friends and part of my family.

I went to Sacramento with my uncle and cousin. I spent most of the time sleeping but the highlight of the traveling itself was when we stopped in Reno to go to McDonalds. It was the most ghetto and scary McDonalds I've ever been to but it was really memorable and it was a good trip overall

The most memorable road trip I have is when my family went to the Oregon coast. We went because it is a place my family enjoys to see and get away from work. I slept the whole time to pass the time so it went pretty fast. My grandparents went as well so I rode with them.

There were two trips, one to Carson city, Nevada, and another one to Hoodsport Washington. The one to Nevada was more memorable. I mostly watched out the window, don’t quite remember what else I did while stuck in the van. The extended family out there had invited us to go, and I, along with all three brothers, mother, and mother’s parents. Visited the rail museum there, which was fun, as was riding the scenic railroad there.

My favorite road trip was driving to St George with my family to go see my grandparents. It’s a long drive but it just so fun to get there and be in the hot sun. We go see them once a year every year.

My favorite road trip was my family's road trip to Wisconsin every summer when I used to live in Texas. We would always drive for a day and then stay the night at a hotel so we wouldn't have to drive in the dark and continue the next day. We went to see my grandma and to pass the time I slept basically the whole way.

My favorite road trip was a year and a half ago when my brother dad and I went to Las Vegas for a week long tow truck convention. I had never been to Nevada or Arizona so the sights to me were plenty interesting enough to pass the time.

My most memorable road trip with my family was when we stop in different northern states on our way to Virginia. We stopped at crazy horse, mnt Rushmore, mall of America and many more. This is a normal road trip for us because every suer we would go to Virginia and spend a month there with my moms family but to pass time we always played the states game. My older sister would write down all of the state license plates that we saw. One summer we got every single state even Hawaii and Alaska. We even got different providences from Canada.

I don’t have a specific road trip but I love going with my mom on road trips. We tend to drive all the time during the summer. We mainly go for fun and to shop. My mom and I have a tradition to listen to podcasts like My Favorite Murder.

My most memorable camping trip was probably last summer because I got to hang with a lot of fun cousin that I rarely see but we were camping at ruby creek it’s like on the border of Montana and Idaho. It was just one of the best camping trips with my family and we all caught a lot of fish and we got to hike a lot so that was a lot of fun
