In 2nd grade I played a servant in the play Jack and the Beanstalk. I had also played a witch in McCbeth. We act different because we’re afraid to be who we are and don’t want to get judged for our personal selves so we pretend to be someone we’re not.

We act differently to try and appeal to the certain group we are with. We also may act differently to try and get or avoid attention. Another reason is we will try and follow a goal of ours that may change our behavior around others.

In my life I plays the roles of a worker, friends, sister, cate taker, and some may even say a comic relief. Depending on the situation a different role is needed. Hanging out with people wouldn't be the same as working, or playing with friend won't be the same as with your siblings.

In a public area almost all of us act out our professional roles, where we are serious and proper. With our friends and family we are ourselves and we let our personalities show more. In work environments we are serious and on task.

Adulting is a big role we have. We act differently around different people and situations because we wanna look normal or to impress him or her.

A role I play in life is a “teacher” at my job at a daycare. I also play a role of a daughter. These two roles are opposites because at work I am superior to the kids and their boss but at home my mom is the boss.

Some different roles I play are daughter, sister, friend and athlete. We act differently depending on what is expected of us. Obviously as a daughter I have to be more responsible but as a friend I can be more fun or lenient. It just depends what is required of you.

I act more seriously what I am at work vs school. We act differently because we want to be accepted. We also change how we act so certain people will see us a certain way.

We act differently around different people to give that person respect, be professional, etc. We show what we want to certain people to usually achieve something for example you act professional at a job interview and you get the job. And in other situations you act a certain way to give or gain respect from your peers.

We act differently around certain people because we often have to upkeep a good reputation, you act differently in public than you do with close friends usually for that reason. Most people act differently around family friends than they do around friends from school because we want to keep a certain image around those family friends. For instance you may be more adventurous and stupid with friends from school but may be pretty calm and boring with family friends.

I’d like to think that everyone plays the main role in their own life. I don’t act that different around my peers or people closer to my age. When it comes to adults I present myself in a more respectful manner. The reason people act different are because they are to connect with the other group or person.

I play many different roles and some of them are a student, sister, athlete, photographer, and daughter. We act differently in different situations because each role is different. You can’t act the same in each situation because every situation requires a different part of you.

So I think we all act differently around others to impress or to help our self's in some ways like getting out of trouble or just being more comfortable around the group your around at the time

During my day to day life I go to school, practice, work, and other activities. Even though I am always myself and can’t change who I am I do have to act different depending on what activities I am doing. For instance when I am at work I have to be the teacher of the class which is the opposite of who I need to be at school.

In my life I go through three main roles my focus role is when I am at school or work I focus on the task at hand and finish it. Another role is my playful role I use this role when I am playing video games, board games, and or watching movies. The last of my commen role is when I just meet someone new, I am nice and ask ice breakers like, "how is your day going"? We as a people use different roles because in different situations you need to react differently. Like you wouldn't say a joke around your boss.

I think everyone has different roles because everybody acts differently in crowds. Some people act certain ways to feel fit in and other act other ways to feel cool. Then also we have a busy life being involved in al sorts of different things. Which shapes how we act too. Im shy but doing sports I’m in that crowd which are more out going people and that shapes how I act.
