Daily Literary Quote
“I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will change the world.”
Do you think music should be used to forward a political message? Can a song actually make a difference in the world? Why or why not?

I don’t believe that a song can really change the world for a long period of time maybe a small short period but nothing long standing. I believe that songs can express politics. There is many songs that people won’t listen too because of political views. I like songs about trump they jack me up.

I think that songs can can express politics. I agree that people tend to steer away from songs that have political views. It seems that anything political is a very touchy subject nowadays.

It would be good if it was about Trump maybe but that’s about it. It probably could make a difference because it could change people’s feelings.

Yes. Yes music can actually make a difference is the world because people like music and listen carefully to what it means and if we put messages in the song people will listen and hopefully take the message into consideration.

I don’t know as though it matters. However people use music to express how they feel so it often times is expressed. I prefer music that expresses people liking Trump as our president.

Messages are relade through music very good. This being said I believe you could send a political message through a sound. I don’t believe one song will change the world but it may change a persons perspective.

I think music can be used to forward a political message and that this should be allowed. I think a song can make a difference at a very small level like affecting a person. But I don’t think a song can make an impact on a worldly level.

I think music does tend to have some political views, but I also think that this may distance some of your audience. I don’t think bands or musicians should get into politics, they should stay in their own area of expertise.

I don’t care if an artist voices their political opinions because it’s their music. Music can talk about problems in the world but I don’t really know if it could inspire someone to make a difference. Some people don’t really get affected by music so it just depends on the person that’s listing to the music.
