I’m both but more towards being a thinker. With a thinker, I tend to overthink and sometimes it prevents me from proceeding with a plan. But, I’m always a few steps ahead with a plan. As a doer, it can lead me to be reckless, but I can also learn quicker from the mistakes and the accomplishments.

I like to believe I’m both too but if I had to pick one I’d be a thinker.

I think I depends on the situation. In most cases I am more of a thinker, but many times I am a doer. A lot of times I will act on things without thinking. This can have some consequences if you aren’t careful. More times than not I like to think and plan ahead of time.

I also will occasionally do things without thinking. What a crazy coincidence! Great response!

I think I am more of a thinker. An advantage is being able to rationally think about the outcomes of your actions but a disadvantage is that sometimes thinkers don’t get things done because they aren’t quick to act on things.

I would say that I’m both. Advantages of being a thinker is you think about things before you do them but the disadvantage of it is you may not do what you thought about. A doer is more likely to do things but they don’t think as much.

It’s better to be both when it’s necessary.

A thinker. I spend a lot of time in my head. Thinkers usually have a plan and they think things through more thoroughly. However doers are better st going for what they want and getting things done.

True, that’s probably what a procrastinator is, a thinker but not a doer.

I think that I am a little of both. Thinkers give orders and think about there situations, doers take orders.

I am a thinker. I am smart but I do not apply myself in school which is why I am not a doer. Thinkers tend to come up with ideas and plans and doers execute those plans.

I would characterize myself as a “doer” but only after I think about it first. A disadvantage is I will definitely overthink things and get into my head. But as a “doer” it’s rewarding if I’m successful in my actions.

I would say I’m both, but I lean more to the side of a thinker. I would say sometimes if you think too much about a situation you never end up taking action, but if you think about situations before hand you can also avoid certain obstacles. Just jumping into situations can cause more obstacles to occur, but you actually end up taking action.

I am both. Thinkers don’t always get things done. They want to do some things but never do. They do have a lot of time to think and process everything though. Doers are always doing something. This could get them hurt but they like to be active.

I’m a doer I think because I really just act in the moment and don’t think about the effects. Advantages of a doer could be that you get more done but a disadvantage could be that you usually make more mistakes because your not thinking about your actions. Advantages of a thinker could be that you probably don’t make irrational decisions as much as someone who doesn’t think about their actions. A disadvantage of a thinker is that you spend more time thinking about what you could be doing rather than just doing it.

There’s times when I too act in the moment. But there’s also times when I think things through. I can’t really say I’m one or the other.

I couldn’t really categorize as either a ‘thinker’ or a ‘doer.’ There’s times when I think more than do and end up regretting it later. But there’s also times when I do first instead of think. Some advantages to being a thinker would be having more of an opportunity to weigh the options. A disadvantage could be that too much time is spent thinking. A doer is advantageous because they usually don’t need time to think things through but at the same time they can suffer from making the wrong decisison.

I don’t know, I think of myself both ways. I have good advantage and disadvantage depending upon the situation. Doers have the same problems as thinkers to I say 50 to 50 chance having both.

Advantages to being a thinker is that you typically make more rational decisions and are able to detach yourself and rationalize behavior and going ons, so you’re less easily offended or emotional. Some disadvantages is that you might overthink things and become paralyzed by indecision or come to some pretty wild conclusions. Advantages to being a doer is that you really don’t have an issue with indecision, and can actually get a lot of things done because you aren’t so caught up analyzing every faucet of the decision. On the flip side, things might go wrong a lot or people may see you as ‘stupid’ because you don’t think things through al the time. You also may take things like insults more to heart. I would classify myself as a thinker I suppose, although I don’t really fit the mold all the time.
