I wouldn’t say that I have a favorite creepy creature. If it’s creepy than I wouldn’t like it. Although people sure do freak me out. Some of them have awful hygiene, some give you creepy vibes, some are just pretty darn whack. I guess the thrill of something creepy can be fascinating but I can’t imagine enjoying it.

I guess my favorite creepy creature are the weeping angels from Doctor Who. People might be fascinated by the horrific as these creatures and legends have mystery and sometimes history behind them.

My favorite creepy creature is probably a zombie just because I watch a lot of zombie movies. What makes them so frightening is the fact that they are dead but alive at the same time.

A creepy creature I like are different variations of demons. They don’t scare me, they’re just interesting to read about from scary stories. They look inhuman with exaggerated features that stand out in color or shape. Most people are fascinated by the horrific because when we get scared, we’re filled with adrenaline and it can be an addictive feeling.

They’re not exactly creepy creatures but clowns and ice cream truck drivers freak me out, mostly because I associate them with pedophiles. I know that most aren’t but it’s been one of my fears since I was a child. I think people like being scared because of the arenaline that is accompanied with the fear.

I absolutely dislike clowns very much. They are supposed to be kid friendly and all and some people like them but I don’t. They honestly scare me and they can go ahead and keep their distance. I think people are fascinated because it gives them adrenaline because it scares them.

I find clowns terrifying. What kind of older person would dress up, paint their face and carry balloons for little kids. I mostly associate clowns with perverted old men but when they are bloody and carry around weapons, I freeze and can’t move. Horror give people an adrenaline rush, that’s why people go to haunted houses.

A creepy creature that comes to mind for me is old dolls. They have the appearance that they are always watching you and they are just flat out terrifying. Even though they aren’t real, they creep me out and make me feel like I’m always being watched. People are fascinated by the horrific because it gives us something to be scared of, while at the same it captivates our attention.

My favorite ‘scary’ creature is probably a deep sea mermaid. I feel like they would have really long eel like tails, and those milky eyes like an angler fish and the really sharp long teeth like an angler fish. Perhaps also the light on top of the head.

Chain saws in haunted houses freak me out so bad I take off running. 😂 I think what scares me the most is that I have heard what happens when you get cut by a chain saw. I don’t know why people are fascinated.

I think a valkyrie would be fairly scary. They take brave warriors souls to Valhalla. They are well associated with death and in my kind they are skeleton thin with hallow eyes. I think people are fascinated by horror because we like to get as close to dangerous situations as possible. For example, extreme sports.

He’s not a creature but Hannibal Lecter from “Silence of The Lambs” is weird. He is a deranged cannibal and serial killer with creepy dialogue who gives insight to what a serial killers mind is like. We are so fascinated by the horrific because it gives us a sense of fear that we don’t experience in everyday life.
