For me something that helps me escape from stress and troubles is horn hunting, being in the mountains takes it all away.

I agree. There’s something about getting away that just seems to relieve everything in life.

There’s lots of non school appropriate things that help escape stress but working hard on something usually does the truck

I like taking naps because you don’t have to think about anything. It is important because it helps us to have less stress and therefore be healthier people.

Something that has always helped me “escape” is reading. Sometimes being able to connect with a book helps me forget about what’s going on in my life. It’s important to have something to escape to because without it you could potentially do harm to yourself or others.

Something that helps me “escape” from everyday stress or troubles is going to the gym. Because it’s just me and my music doing what I want to do. Having an escape is important because life gets to be too much on everyone.

Music and reading help me. It's important because we have a lot going on in our lives between family, school, and friends. If we don't do something to get rid of the stress it will just keep building up until we snap.

There’s actually a few things I do to get away from the stress. Depending on how I feel I will draw, go out and play either baseball or basketball, or I’ll go riding(dirt bikes or horses). I think it’s important to have a release because if we don’t have one then it can real deter us in a way. We need an outlet

I always listen to music/movies while reading several short stories or a few books. I find it important to have these as a way to overcome stress because it gives me motivation to actually work. And when I have them when I’m down, it keeps me sane and happy.

When I feel stressed it usually helps me to go for a run, listen to music, read, or to talk with someone I know I can trust with what I’m stressing over. I feel it’s important to have stress release because without it our lives become miserable and it’s hard to keep yourself going when you have no motivation to live the life you do.

Anytime I need to clear my head I’ll either go on a drive with friends or I’ll go skateboard at the park. It’s good to get rid of stress, I feel way better and I get more stuff done when I’m stress free.
