I do believe in ghosts because I have heard a lot of stories from family and friends. They remain popular because people are intrigued by others stories and want the truth.

Ghosts are just as real as you think they are. It’s kinda like believing in God - you either believe or not

I don’t know that I really believe in them but I really don’t like anything ghosty or supernatural. I think they are prevalent because they help to explain life after death and there are crazy people out there that think it’s fun to be scared.

Not really I haven’t really thought about it before though. I think they stay relevant because it gives us a way to explain things that don’t make sense. Things we don’t know much about like the supernatural fascinate us so we keep them around

It’s mostly used when science and logic don’t seem to apply to an event.

I don’t believe in supernatural stories. Because I haven’t seen any proof to believe it. They remain so prevalent in our stories do to religious beliefs, and culture.

There are a lot of things in this world we don’t understand or know nothing about. You might never see any proof but that doesn’t mean they aren’t there

I’m not really sure if I believe in ghosts or the supernatural. I think it remains prevalent because our culture is intrigued by all things unknown and foreign.

No, I have seen no evidence of the existence of supernatural things. These stories are prevalent because people are interested in supernatural stories.

I feel like I want to believe in the supernatural, but im not really sure if I really do. Factually, there’s no proof of ghosts or anything “supernatural” but there’s also a lot of things that science can’t explain, like are kind of “supernatural”.

No I don’t. I believe when we die that’s it. We are dead, no ghosts, no spirits, no supernatural. It’s all a bunch of bs. People tell these stories cause they are nuts.

Connor

I don’t believe in the supernatural, because it’s stupid and makes no sense. Because we like to think every thing in stories are real.

I’m not sure that I can say for certain that I believe or not. I think it’s all just something that someone creates. They remain part of stories because they provide suspense to the plot line.

Suspense I see in a number of books with supernatural elements, it’s interesting though what people can think up for ghosts.

I tend to believe in supernatural things and even ghosts, mostly because we’re unable to know more about these kinds of occurrences, and I think logic can extend to more unnatural things. We see them in folklore because people don’t know much about them so they can expand their understandings creatively.

I do believe in some supernatural legends. Life is crazy so why not believe in stuff like giant hairy humans running around the woods. A lot of legends involving supernatural creatures are interesting to many people and some lore serve as moral stories. My grandma use to tell me countless Native American lore and my favorite was the stories that involved skin walkers.

Alexis Anderson

Technically, we used to be furry beings running in the woods. I think it is completely possible for there to be something unevolved.

Yes I believe that ghost do exist. I have been in the old candy shop and and the lids on the candy jars would always move. They remain prevalent because the unknown scars people.

I believe in ghosts because of stories I have heard from my family. I think they remain so prevalent because the idea of a ghost is comforting in a way. It lets us believe there is a way to live on after death.

In a way I kind of do but at the same time don’t. There will be times when it feels like I’m being watched but nothings there. I think because they give the story something more. It adds to the plot

I believe in ghosts but nothin supernatural beyond that. I’ve heard countless stories and encountered unexplainable events myself. I think almost anyone has experienced an eerie feeling in a place they know death has taken place. We keep them in stories and such because of the fact we can use them to explain the unexplainable. It also offers a sliver of horror because people are commonly scared of what we don’t know or see.
