It’s important to make the most of everyday because even though some may feel invincible our days are limited. In order to “seize” the day you need to take the opportunities given to you even if you fear to possible outcomes.

I don’t think you should take every opportunity as some of them could be bad.

The expressions are similar because they both tell a person to make the most of the day like it’s their last. I seize the day by enjoying all of my hobbies and learning as much as I can.

Though the expressions are a little different they imply the same things. They tell us to seize the day because there will be some days where we won’t be able to or we will be limited. You have to look at life knowing that mistakes will be made but you don’t have another life to live so live this one to your fullest.

It is crucial that people seize the day and take it as a chance to better themselves or just have a great day in general. It’s a lot like YOLO, you only live once so don’t pass the opportunity to to live the best life possible. One way I seized the day was by skipping school one day to go on a road trip with my dad and go snowboarding, one of my best decisions yet.
