What are your physical and mental strengths?  How would you feel if you were forced to stop using your strengths? Why?

One of my mental strengths is answering questions. Without that strength I wouldn't be able to answer this question. I wouldn't be able to answer this question because I wouldn't be able to answer questions.

I am physically strong in my legs allowing me to be a good softball catcher and have lots of leg strength. As well I have became very mentally tough through sports and other trials. If I was forced to stopo using my strengths I would feel helpless and useless not having any special strengths that may set me ahead of others in some cirumstances. I would have only weakness, in a world where strength is power I would be nothing because I could not compete with anyone with only weakness.

My physical strengths are in my legs allowing me to be able to hold my self up and jump high for volleyball. My mental strengths are that I grew up quickly and became mature faster than my peers meaning that I hold myself accountable more and had more responsibilities for myself. If I was forced to stop using my strengths I would feel useless and lost. If I wasn't' able to use my legs as a strength for volleyball I would feel useless because I would be weak.

One of my mental strengths is my ability to focus on my goals and zone everything else out. Zoning out distractions make me more successful in my goals and ambitions. Without this strength I would never accomplish my goals, and I wouldn't be as successful in my goals.

One of my mental strengths is being smart. One of my physical strengths is my body strength. If I didn't have my mental strengths I wouldn't be able to be in this class and if I didn't have physical strength I wouldn't be able to ride my dirt bike.

I would say one of my physical strengths is leadership and mentoring. What I mean by that is I am always up to lead the younger generations to success whether that is with an extra curricular or just in life. And one of my mental strengths is I have a growth mindset. What that means is I am able to grow from my experiences and go forward with that growth.

One of my physical strengths is my legs, because of dance that's where most of my strength is. One of my mental strengths is that I'm a very empathetic person and I can understand other people's emotions very well.

If I didn't have these strengths I would understand people as well or be able to do regular tasks during dance.

My physical strengths have been always being active in a type of sport. If I was forced to stop doing my sports I would feel really defeated. That's what I do for fun like riding my Fortnite dirt bike. That would be very depressing if that was taken from me because I wouldn't have fun without my Fortnite dirt bike.

One of my strengths is seeing how different parts of related ideas or concepts can match. Some examples are symbols or analogies, that demonstrate an idea or a point in a way that helps others understand and relate to the idea that is being expressed. I feel that I have a strength in finding those examples, and seeing how they can be connected, or the means by which one leads to another.

Without this strength I feel my life would be seriously effected. Some of the activities I take part in use these connections to add meaning to them. Without it, they would leave no impact on me, or anyone else, negating the whole meaning.

My physical strengths would be that I can sing. I sing well and I have been singing for a long time. Some mental strengths that I have are that I am very good at talking to people and empathizing with them. I also am good at dealing with problems on my own. Sometimes I need to talk to someone when I am struggling, but most of the time I can keep it to myself and deal with it on my own. If I was forced to stop using my strengths, I would feel very boring. Singing is one of my favorite things to do and if that was taken away from me, I would probably quite upset. As for my mental strengths, I value them, and I think of them highly. I use them to my advantage and they have helped me keep the friends that I have now for as long as I have. It would make me very upset.

My physical and mental strengths are that I´m a good runner, I learn quickly. I would definitely try and fight back to try and be able to use my strengths because they´re a part of who I am. Not only are they a part of who I am, they also play a part in shaping my hobbies and life.

Some physical and mental strengths i have are being able to solve problems, I run long distance so endurance, creativity, and being able to adapt. If I couldn't use my strengths it would be hard to adjust to new circumstances. It would also be a lot more difficult to accomplish things.

one of my mental strengths is that I would say I'm kinda smart, and a physical strength is that I'm athletic. If I wasn't allowed to use these strengths, I would be a completely different person than I am today.

One of my physical strengths is my legs and arms for dance. They allow me to dance to my fullest ability. One of my mental strengths is being able to read people and how they feel. It helps me help them and understand people as well. If I was forced to stop using these abilities it would be very hard to understand the type of person I am. Having these help my identiy and they make me who I am.

One of my mental strengths is I'm just a chill guy who's trying to live a happy life with my best friends. I tend to roll with the punches that life throws at me. I also like being a therapist to all of my friends.

After doing cross country for four years, my legs are physically strengthened allowing me to run faster. My mental strength is being good at diverse music, this includes playing guitar, trombone, and the piano. if I lost my strengths it would make me feel incomplete because music and cross country are my biggest hobbies.

A physical strength could be that I am sharp in movements for cheer. A mental strength is I can be positive. If I don't have those strengths I would probably be depressed and would not be good at cheer or I wouldn't be doing it.

Some of my mental strengths are having humor and comforting people in times of need. I also have a creative mind. Some of my physical strengths are running, flexibility, and dancing. I feel if I was forced to stop having those strengths, I would only have weaknesses and I would most likely become more jealous of others. I would start to feel sorry for myself. What makes people human is having strengths, that's what makes us unique and different from one another.

I mental strength I have is my ability to retain information which helps me in school because of the way most classes are structured. A physical strength is my cordination from many years of dance and kung fu. If I couldn't use these I would feel useless and like a copy and paste of everone else.
