Throughout our entire lives, we have had many teachers that have taught us new concepts and ideas. Who is one teacher that has always stuck with you and why was that person so influential in your life? One that I will always remember is Mrs. Miller, my second grade teacher. She had a pet flying squirrel and was one of my favorite teachers.

My middle school science and social studies teacher was one of the best teachers I've ever had. He was funny, intelligent, and connected well to his students on a personal level. Mr. Mentzer and his crazy stories will be a highlight of my middle school for a long time.

I like that you have fond memories of your middle school teachers. At such a difficult time in growing up, it is nice to have kind teachers to help guide us.

Having a positive role model in such a difficult time during school is so important. Crazy stories always add happy and funny aspects which is very important during middle school.

Mr. Bever has been my favorite high school teacher. He has always made it easy for me to pay attention in class and kept things interesting by humoring my classmates ideas. We wrote a speech last year in his class on our favorite conspiracy theory because there was a student in class that was obsessed with these theories. By listening and adapting his classes to the interests of his students, Mr. Bever is able to keep class interesting and fun.

I have never had a class with Mr. Never but every time I see him in the hallways or library he is fun and excited to talk to students even if it’s for a short amount of time.

A teacher that has been a favorite of mine is Mrs. Braswell. She knew how to add fun aspects into her teaching while also educating us on important topics. Bras knows how each student learns best and is willing to work with them. Her classroom is a fun and exciting environment where everyone feels welcome.
