What are your physical and mental strengths?  How would you feel if you were forced to stop using your strengths? Why?

Some of my physical and mental strengths are compassion, resilience, perseverance, athleticism, and endurance. If I were forced to stop using these strengths I would feel lost because they define who I am and allow me to accomplish great things.

My physical strengths are based around running as I have above average stamina and long legs. My mental strengths revolve around math as I have quick mental calculations. I would feel depressed if I could not use these strengths because I can't do the things I enjoy or continue to improve these strengths.

My physical strengths are being pretty good at hunting. My mental strengths are being alright at math. I would not be happy if someone took them away.

My personal strengths are being able to run pretty fast for a long time, and have the perseverance to finish to do some tough things, if I had to stop running and pushing through pain, I would be very upset and possibly depressed because those are some of the greatest things I can do.

My mental strength is math and physical strength is running. If I was forced to stop it would be pretty boring.

My physical and mental strengths include athleticism, intelligence, and work ethic. If I was forced to stop using my strengths I would feel like a robot because I would be the same as everyone else, strengths are what make people, people.

My physical and mental strengths are athleticism, I'm smart, I'm a good worker and get stuff done. If I lost my strengths I wouldn't be able to do fun stuff and it would be like I was trapped in a cage.

My physical strengths revolve around my above average stamina and leg length as I can run for long periods of time with a good pace. My mental strengths come from my ability to do quick mental calculations. I would be very sad if I could not use these strengths because I can't improve them or enjoy using them.

I'm good at sports and I have a strong mindset. I would feel bad because I wouldn't be able to do what I am good at.

Some of my physical strengths include being tall, and fast. If I didn't use these strengths I would not be as good at volleyball. My mental strengths are that I am very smart, and emotionally intelligent, if I did not use these strengths school would be very hard and I would not be able to develop as good of relationships with my friends.

A physical strength is I can lift a lot of weight and a mental strength is I can always be positive in the hardest times. If I was forced to stop using my strenghts I would be mad because I like lifting up others and If If I didn't have that strength I think I would be sad all the time and always down on myself.

Some of my physical and mental strengths are that I am kind and smart and also tall and very active. If I couldn't use my strengths my life would be a lot different, both school and sports would be much more difficult.

Some of my physical strengths include endurance, agility, no speed, coordination, and accuracy. Mental strengths include resilience, focus, discipline, and confidence. If I didn't have these strengths physical, and mental, I would be really boring, and you would not be good in any sports.
