Journal Prompt
Do you characterize yourself as a “thinker” or a “doer”?  What are some advantages/ disadvantages to each?

Thinker, mainly because if something doesn’t make sense it’s to much and i continually think until I understand. Etc.

Probably a doer as my mother often asks do you think before you do anything. A disadvantage to this is I can often get into trouble for not thinking through a situation and just doing whatever. But an advantage is I get many things done.

I would consider myself a thinker. If I do not understand something i just constantly think about it until it makes sense.

I am more of a thinker than a doer. Sometimes that works out better for me but others I think so long about doing something that I end up missing out completely.

Probably a doer because I don't spend too much time thinking, I just want to get done.

I would say I am a thinker, in my opinion thinkers cons are they are extra safe and try and think in different ways then others do. Doers actually do things and do not procrastinate

I would consider myself a thinker. Before I do anything I make sure to run through it thoroughly in my head. Thinkers are probably less likely to regret their decision because it was well thought through. Although they may miss out on opportunities a doer would take hold of more quickly since they just stick with their guts and deal with the consequences, good or bad, later.

I am more of a doer which is nice to get things done but sucks when you have to remember something. My dad always tells me to remember the FULL instructions but half the time I only do half the assignment.

I would probably say both, but usually leaning more towards a thinker. There have been times that I have just done it, and other times where I overthink it and just not do anything. Each have their own advantages, but wither way I usually regret something or another.

I would say I am a thinker and a doer. I tend to think mostly before I do but I like to just go for it sometime. If one thinks too much the opportunities can pass but on the flip side it allows for a more meticulous decision at times. By being a doer it allows for more to be done in less time it which is good but all those times it might not be as meticulous as taking a little bit more time to revise something.

I feel like at times I do a little bit of both both majority of the time I am a doer. It's not always the best thing to do just because It may have a consequence once I do it but I also live by the quote, "Ask for forgiveness not permission". The advantages to doing things without thinking allows to doing activities that some may hesitate on and not be able to experience what its like where if you do it you'll know what it's like.

For the most part I would say I'm a thinker i like to think about what I do before i do it. Positive side of being a thinker is being more carful in the situations that I choose. A down side would be overthinking.

I am a doer, I do not like to wait to complete tasks or prograsinate. I also have lists of every task that takes more then five minutes to complete in all the different categories so that I complete the takes faster and so that I do not forget to complete tasks. I do not like to wait until the last minute to complete tasks. The advantages are that it is way more efficient, prevents prograsination, and it ensures that every task gets completed in the reguired time frame. Some disadvantages are that it can take more time to complete tasks.
