Daily Literary Quote
“In the Middle Ages, cathendrals and convents burned like tinder; imagining a medieval story without a fire is like imagining a World War II movie in the Pacific without a fighter plane shot down in flames.”

Journal Prompt
What comes to mind when you think about the Middle Ages?  What are some stories or movies that are set during or have characters from the Medieval Era?

the middle ages was the period in European history from the collapse of Roman civilization in the 5th century CE to the period of the renaissance. this period of time is called the middle ages because it took place between the fall of Rome and early modern Europe.A movie that reminds me of the medievil era is a knight's tale.

Some ideas that come to my mind are castles, knights, kings, princesses, monsters, superstition, and a lack of intellectual ideas. Some movies are Snow White, The Sword in the Stone, and The Adventure's of Robin Hood.

When I think of the Middle Ages the jousting and Carnaval games with all the yummy foods. There are a lot of knights and things like that. A movie series would be Vampire diaries because of all the flashbacks to their younger lives.
