The similarities between the quote, screenshot, and picture is that they are all explaining how our society today lives off of technology. Most kids now-a-days are so attached to their personal devices and other technology. The critique these three things make about our society is that we are a technology based country which isn't always bad but, we are forgetting about using our resources that were given to us from the past. Without books we wouldn't know what we know today about the world we live in, the country we live in, our ancestors, etc.

I agree that we are forgetting to use past resources. I also agree that books teach us so much about the past and if we lost them we would have never known what life before us was.

I think the quote is saying that we don't have to get rid of something to better society, we just have to limit ourselves to see results. If we completely get rid of something then we will not be able to use it or it's information in the future if we need it. The picture is showing how we evolved from monkeys into great humans and are now heading downhill with the use of technology. The screenshot is showing how different we are today then 70 years ago. That before they had to walk or ride carriages, figure out things through trail and error, and got the news by talking to people. Now we can open up our phones and google anything, then get an answer. All three things are showing how our society is changing and how technology is affecting our future. They show how addicted we are to technology and how spoiled we are to have it.

The picture and screenshot are just showing how we have evolved so much. The question kinda ties it all in with books. Books help us understand how life was back then, they don't get to see how we are now but where we are is only because of them and their journals. We wouldn't be as far as we are know without people in the past recording their discorveries and failures.

There is more than one way to skin a cat is really the meaning on the quote, because even if you don't burn books, you can just not read them. It's also not good to be ignorant, because then, you would not be able to make the right decision; e. g. voting for a new president. the question and answer both boil down to how "ignorant" a 1950s person would be if they had to live in the world today. Everything has ignorance in common. People don't want to learn, they will stay in their own little world, and beleive what they think. You can't really fix that.

In each of the photos and the quote represents how far we have come to use the technology we have just to waste our time and intelligence on useless things. They show us that altogether we have started to go up and up but now days are going down and down right back to where we started. Some similarities is that it shows that we have the power to access all the information we know and could learn, it shows us how far we actually have come in the lifetime. Our society could be much more if we actually used the objects provided to help us with that journey.

The quote, picture, and screenshot all reference the observation that humans have become lazy and how we have become almost stagnant as a society instead of forwards in terms of the good we add to the world. They also reference the fact that devices have taken over our lives, and most devices aren't used the way they should be. Most devices are overused and just take up time that we could be productive, and although devices have hugely helped us, they have also created the problem of shortened attention spans and the idea that you can access everything you will need on the device, so why should you go outside or read a book?

They're all very similar in the way that humans have at their immediate access to learn about whatever they want. It doesn't matter if its some of the most complex math equations in the world or what humans did to each other thousands of years ago. I guess the point is, we don't take advantage of that. In our minds we just use phones and books as a form of interlaniment (assuming you read books). And I would probably say most people don't read ton of books. The first quote is saying I mean It's honestly easier to get people to stop reading them than its is to burn them. The comment on twitter is referring to how humans are so incredibly lazy.

The quote explains how unlike in the past where they burned books to remove them from society today we don't have to because of the resources we have today we don't have to go through such lengths to remove them from our lives. The picture shows how humans have evolved to become reliant on technology, like a computer. The screenshot shows how we have evolved in a short period of time just to use our resources in a very ignorant way. All three are similar to each other because they have the topic of technology. They talk about how technology has changed the way we act over the decades. They criticize how technology has created an environment of hate and opinions to the point where we are so enveloped we can't stop or just won't.

These three say a lot about our modern world. The screenshot is the one that "hits the hardest", in the sense that all of humanity has access to everything they could think of, but we don't utilize it in a way that would be most productive. Even 35 years ago, books were all the rage. Most of the people one would meet today couldn't name their top 10 favorite books, because they don't exist. The cartoon shows the evolution of man, with the most recent interpretation being a man hunched over a computer screen. Even the other day, I saw someone almost get hit by a car while crossing the street, and they didn't even notice because they were too enveloped in their phone screen. I am not against the use of phones and modern technology, of course, but more often then not one should take a break and read a book, go outside, live new experiences rather then just "thriving" in the virtual world.

Ray Bradbury is saying that banning books is the way to get people to stop reading them insdead of burning them. People are also getting more and more attached to screens instead of learning from the books like the old days. The picture is showing that man has evolved into people who are attached to screens and we are wasting our life away by being attached to screens all day. The screenshot is a very good example of how much our future has changed and that people from 70 years ago wouldn't survive or understand anything that we do. Our worlds' technology has changed drastically and will continue to change in the future. The similarities between all of these are that our future is changing a lot and will continue to change, books will become less and less popular, and all technology will take over the world.Our society is going downhill fast, people are wasting their lives away by doing nothing all day. Back then we were outside living and doing what our bodies are made for. Now we are simply just surviving, eating as much as we want, doing whatever we want, and feeling like our lives are pointless if you don't get out and live.

The quote means you don't have to get rid of books, if you don't like what the book is saying don't read it. The picture means that we developed from an ape, we got taller and better just to go back down slumped over again but with electronics and the internet. The screenshot means that nowadays we have access to almost everything compared to the past but we choose to play games and look at different things instead. Everything is in our hands on a small device. Our society relies on the internet now compared to 100 years ago when everybody had to walk and tell people the news or get it in newspapers, and not call somebody to hang out or talk.

The quote means that we don't have to destroy pieces of history and valued literature from our ancestors. If we as a society have decided that there are books that we should no longer read, we don't need to burn them, we can just get people to stop reading the books. Every person has an opinion on what we should and should not be reading, just because one person thinks that a book is unreadable, doesn't mean everyone thinks that way. We shouldn't destroy literature for the sake of one social group.

The photo represents how humans have evolved down. We have created an amazing invention, we can access information at our finger tips but we as a society have used it for the worst. Instead of using technology for learning and self improvement, we have been using technology to worsen us whether we realize it or not. This can be through spending hours upon hours on video games, watching an entire Netflix series in a short period of time, becoming addicted to pornography, staying up late scrolling on Tic Tok, watching useless Youtube videos, and so much more.

The screenshot shows how we humans are stupid. We can aquire just about any knowledge we want at the tip of our finger tips but we don't, instead we watch mind numbing cat videos posted on YouTube from 2017. Now using technology for entertainment isn't necessarily a bad thing, spending countless hours watching those videos while you could do something else, is.

All three show how we should always want to know more. We shouldn't be okay with where we are now, we shouldn't continue to feed our bad habits in the thought of hopelessness. We should gain knowledge from those who lived before us and use that knowledge to better improve ourselves.

The quote, photo, and screenshot all focus on how our society has evolved but they only focus on the negatives or less important pieces of today's technology. Without the technology we have today we would not be a very advanced society. Communications, transportation, healthcare, and many other things have been impacted positively due to the large growth in technology. It is easier to rid a book off of the internet but to erase the novel completely, someone would have to travel to every house and library to collect the physical copies.

The quote, screenshot, and picture all share the thought of evelution and how much everything has changed. It explains that we don't have to destroy history (books). We can take control of the things that we choose to occupy ourselfs with. Whether that's reading a certian book or using the most knowledgable device to argue with strangers. The critique that is shown in these three examples is that we have become lazy. We have gotten to use to having everything answered from the device in our back pocket. We as a society have forgotten our natural recources. Books are a huge part of history and shouldn't be taken away. They should be used to learn from and for us to gain knowledge about the past. Some times it's good to go back to old traditions in order to move forward in life.
